DEPOSIT
A non refundable down payment of $100 is needed to secure your spot 12 hrs after booking.
The balance is due in CASH ONLY, we DO NOT offer refunds for services under any circumstances.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY SET PASSED THE 3 WEEK MARK IS NOW CONSIDERED A FULL SET.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation or Rescheduling should be done 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment. If not you will forfeit your deposit.
Clients are able to manage their own bookings from their member page on the website.
HOW TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE?
LATE
Kindly be sure to be on time for all your appts. There's a 20 minute grace period for all appts. Late fee is in full effect as it throws off my other clients. After 30 mins, there are two options.
1. You will forfeit your deposit. You would have to make another deposit to reschedule.
2. A $35 late fee is applied. However it is at our discretion to decide if we will have enough time to take your appointment.
